Companion Animal Intake with CVET assessment
9:30am check in, 10:00am-2:00pm
Napa CART and CVET personnel will train volunteers on shelter intake procedures, including small animal handling and first aid, biosecurity, crate setup, forms, and shelter staging and orientation. Napa CART t-shirt, long pants, closed toe shoes, gloves and sun protection recommended.
There is pre-work required for this skills training. Please watch CVET: Overview of Triage & Basic First Aid and CVET: Small Animal Triage & Basic First Aid in your My Impact profile prior to this in person training.
