CERT Refresher
CERT (Community Emergency Response Training) is taught through Napa County Office of Emergency Services and is required of all active volunteers. This February 20 class is the annual refresher for people who have already completed the program. Time and location TBD.

This class covers basic safety and situational awareness in Wild land and Suburban fire, flood, earthquake and other disasters. Other topics include natural/propane gas, power line and hazardous material safety. Enrollment is open to anyone interested in Volunteer Disaster Service Work, stable/farm, sanctuary, animal shelter, other facility managers and workers, and anyone interested in being safer during and after a disaster.
