This course is designed to orient volunteers to the Napa County Animal Shelter and update protocols, skills, and planning for remote companion animal sheltering.
Required for Napa CART Companion animal shelter volunteers. Recommended for ASAR volunteers.
Napa CART t-shirt, long pants, closed toe shoes, gloves and sun protection recommended.
There is pre-work required for this skills training. Please watch CVET: Overview of Triage & Basic First Aid and CVET: Small Animal Triage & Basic First Aid in your My Impact profile prior to this in person training.
