Large Animal Shelter Set-up & Skills

Napa Valley Horsemen’s Association: 1200 Foster Rd.
This course will involve large animal shelter setup followed by sheltering updates and skills.
Required for Napa CART Large animal shelter volunteers. Recommended for ASAR volunteers.
Please come prepared to handle livestock panels and assist the shelter set up for the season. Napa CART t-shirt, long pants, closed toe shoes, gloves and sun protection recommended.
There is pre-work required for this skills training: Please watch: CVET: Overview of Triage & Basic First Aid and CVET: Large Animal Triage & Basic First Aid in your My Impact profile prior to this in person training.
