Communications Operations

A general overview of radio anatomy and operations, with some hands on practice and exercises. Required for those interested in evacuation and shelter in place, but encouraged for all volunteers, especially those working in shelters, as radios will be used in various roles. This will be a collaborative training between Napa CART and Napa CERT.
