Napa CART Veterinary Professionals and community volunteers completed the North Valley Animal Disaster Group’s annual two day training program in Chico on January 21st and 22nd. Fifteen Napa CART volunteers received certificates for the training that included standard operating protocols for incidents, animal handling and behavior, rescue safety, sheltering best practices and emergency communications.
